How do I reserve a room?
Complete and submit our reservation request form on line. Then, we will confirm availability via email with a new reservation form, advising you of your booking details and when you need to provide guarantees. You, then, can confirm your reservation by filling out and faxing back the form to us.
After I make my reservation , how long does it take to get Hotel's confirmation?
Do you require my credit card details to make a reservation?
Yes, we need your credit card to process your booking. All bookings must be guaranteed prior the due date. Reservation with no guarantees may be cancelled.
Are your Hotel rates per room or per person?
All our listed rates are per room, based on double occupancy. For 3rd and 4th guest in a room, there will be an extra charge of $ 40 + taxes (13%).
Does the price include any meals?
Only breakfast is included in our rates. If there are any meals included in the price, this will be made clear on the confirmation form.
Do you accept children?
Yes, our Hotel do accept children.
Are children charged?
Two children, under the age of 8 years, stay for free sharing the room with their parents. Three children will pay an additional cost of $ 40.
Do you accept pets?

How do I check in at the Hotel?
Since the Hotel already have your booking (if it has been guaranteed), just present your reservation's documents to the reception staff.
What are the check in and check out times?
Our check in time starts at 3:00 PM, and our check out time is at 12:00 MD.
Early check ins and late check outs, are subject to availability.
Can I exchange money at the Hotel?
Yes, at the Front Desk.
Does the Hotel accept Travelers Checks?
Yes, Travelers Checks are accepted.
Does the Hotel offer rooms with handicap access?
Yes, the Hotel offer one Premier Suite with handicap access.
Does the Hotel offer parking?
Yes. Our hotel offers two parking lots, with security 24 hours.
Are there views from the room?
All our rooms offer Pacific Ocean views, except our large Standard Garden View. Our Premier Ocean View Room and our Penthouse Suite, also offer a beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park view.
Do rooms have hairdryers?
Yes , all our rooms have hairdryers, as well as telephones, air conditioning and hot water.
Do rooms have balconies?
Yes, all our rooms either balconies or terraces.
Does the Hotel offer Internet access?
Yes, all our rooms offer Internet access. LAN connections in the room, and wireless in public areas. Our Internet service is free. Also we have two computers at the Front Desk, for guest uses.
How far is Hotel from the Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach?
We are located o the highest peak of Manuel Antonio, 3 miles from the Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach. The Hotel provide free shuttle service to and from the beach.
Does the Hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, we have a restaurant specialize in International cuisine, open from 6:30 AM, to 10:00 PM.
Does the Hotel have a Concierge?
Our hotel offer all local activities through a tour desk, managed by our Concierge.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all mayor credit cards payments.
When do I need to pay for my room?
Guarantees are required before due date indicated on the reservation form we send to you. Please remember that reservation with no guarantees may be canceled.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charge 50% upon confirmation; and the balance 30 days prior arrival.
What is your Hotel room cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior arrival, are subject to a $ 100 penalty, per room. Unused nights, cancellations or No Shows, made 30 day or less prior arrival, are not refundable.

In high season yes. However we you suggest to do it even in low season, so when you get here you don't have to worry about it.
